Please be aware of our cancellation policy

We are happy to move or cancel appointments but require 24 hours’ notice please. Failure to attend without notice, or any appointments cancelled within 24 hours of log-in/arrival, will be charged in full. However, if an alternative appointment is booked at the time of cancelling, you will only be charged a 50% fee.

Our objective is that all patients receive the best possible experience. If you are running late for your appointment, we will do our best to fit you in Please be aware that late log-in/arrival may result in a shortened or cancelled appointment. A cancelled appointment will result in the fee terms detailed above.

Terms and Conditions

Appointments can be moved free of charge, or with a 10% handlings fee (to cover our bank charges) canncelled, providing the request is made more than 24 hours prior to the appointment.

If a client should cancel their appointment within 24 hours of the appointment, they will be charged in full. Alternatively, a client is able to move the appointment time, subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellation or rescheduling fees will be issued as supplementary fee invoice to the client and are to be paid in full to the within 15 days of the date of the issued invoice.

In the case of extenuating circumstances, a client may appeal cancellation charges by submitting a written request. A decision on the outcome of a client’s appeal may take up to 10 working days.

Jurisdiction

All contracts are subject to the law of the United Kingdom. Place of jurisdiction is London/England.
